Title: Sales Account Manager – USA

Reports to: General Manager
Primary Responsibility:
As a Sales Account Manager reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales growth and customer relationship management in the Pacific Northwest region. Your expertise in the flexible packaging industry will be crucial in steering our company towards achieving its sales targets through strategic planning, business development, and exemplary sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning: Devise and execute a strategic sales plan to hit regional sales targets. Conduct thorough market research to uncover new opportunities and potential clients, collaborating with our team to set ambitious yet achievable sales goals.
Business Development: Take initiative to generate leads, and actively seek out new customers. Maintain a solid sales pipeline and foster long-lasting relationships with key accounts and partners.
Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transaction and fulfillment process. Your ability to present, negotiate, and close deals will be instrumental in surpassing sales objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for customers in your region, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Industry Knowledge and Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to position the company advantageously in the market.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales success, preferably within the flexible packaging industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of flexible packaging materials, products, and applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.    
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Ability to work from home.
